Autumn Courses 2012

The Autumn saw us running a number of courses. The three weekend ML Training course saw a mixture of weather as usual. The ‘wild camp’ in the Brecon Beacons was clear and cold and many shivered the night away. We also had a cold day on Moel Siabod but everybody was impressed with the views. The final sunday was very cold and wet and everybody experienced a ‘quality mountain day’ on the Glyders.

The SPA Courses also saw a mixture of weather. The Training for Callow Park College in Derbyshire saw a very bad forecast turn into a very windy two days with some stunning views at Windgather and Burbage. The assessment course allowed three hours of good weather at Vallis Vale Quarry to allow a group of novices from Norton Hill School some quality instruction.
